You are a holder of a Swiss Travel System ticket. These tickets are available only to persons permanently resident outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- Your ticket is personal and not transferable
- Please sign your ticket before commencing your journey and, upon request, present it to the ticket inspector together with your passport or identity card
- Your ticket is valid from midnight of the first day of validity until 5.00 a.m. on the day following the last day of validity
- Tickets are only refundable if returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity
- A partial refund of a Swiss Travel Pass/Swiss Travel Pass Flex/Swiss Transfer Ticket is only possible under the following circumstances:
- in the event of illness or accident
- upon presentation for a refund at the place where the journey is discontinued
- upon presentation of confirmation by a railway office
- Swiss Half Fare Cards are not eligible for partial refunds
- If lost or stolen, your ticket will not be replaced or refunded
- Any manipulation of already entered travel dates is strictly prohibited and will be considered as fraudulent abuse

SWISS TRANSFER TICKET
For short stays, skiing holidays or vacations in one specific location, the Swiss Transfer Ticket is the best and least expensive option. It takes foreign guests from the airport or border railway station directly to the vacation destination and back again.

- The journeys there and back have to take the most direct route between the airport/station and holiday destination. The arrival and departure airport/station, as well as the holiday location, may differ at arrival and departure.
- The ticket cannot be purchased in Switzerland. However, it can be obtained at all Swiss Travel System points-of-sale in the home country or at the online ticket shop.

Swiss Transfer Ticket
- The Swiss Transfer Ticket entitles you to one return trip between any Swiss arrival airport or border railway station and your Swiss destination on all routes marked on this map with a continuous line. You must complete the outward journey within one day and via the direct route. The same applies to the return journey
- The Swiss Transfer Ticket is valid for one month starting with the first transfer day

SWISS HALF FARE CARD
The Swiss Half Fare Card entitles visitors to travel by train, bus and boat and most mountain railways at half price. It is the ideal companion for short trips and excursions throughout Switzerland. The Swiss Half Fare Card has a validity of one month and can be obtained at nearly every Swiss railway station as well as all points-of-sale worldwide.

SWISS FAMILY CARD
Children under age 16 travel nationwide on public transport free of charge when accompanied by at least one parent holding a Swiss Travel System pass or ticket. The complimentary Swiss Family Card is available on request from all Swiss Travel System points-of-sale worldwide and within Switzerland.
And even if not accompanied by a parent, children still receive a 50% reduction of the entire Swiss Travel System range of tickets.
